We are aware of an issue in the supplier invoice UI where the “Split Screen Default Option” setting is not functioning correctly. Invoices open in split screen mode by default even when the preference is explicitly set to “Always Collapsed” at the tenant level. 

Our team is actively investigating this issue but in the meantime, please follow the suggested workaround. We sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused and we will provide an update once there’s additional findings from our internal investigation.
