Workday Release 2026R1 Update

New User Log-in Interface
Workday enhanced the user log-in experience with a revised UI screen for authentication. There are no changes in the existing Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) interface.

Accessibility for Tables with Mass Actions and Quick Filters
Workday has enabled performing mass row selection and filtering on tables. Users can now use keyboards to interact with certain table types more effectively.
This improves accessibility for all users by providing parity on available table interactions with these capabilities:
User session filters: Tables that persist a user’s filter and sort criteria.
Mass action selection: Tables where users can select rows and perform bulk changes.
Filter pipeline: Tables where users can filter results using a horizontal list of filter buttons.
Saved filters: Tables where users can create, select, and delete custom filters from the saved filter dropdown menu.
