During our scheduled weekly service update over the weekend, a code change was introduced that is unfortunately causing some integration deliveries and retrievals to fail. If your integrations were working normally prior to the maintenance window and are now failing, you may be impacted by one of the two scenarios below.

Our team is actively working on a resolution, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption to your workflows.

1. Bucket Names with Forward Slashes (/)

Integrations using a bucket name that contains a forward slash are currently failing.

  • Action Required: Please update your configuration to remove the forward slash from the bucket name. As a reminder, forward slashes are against standard naming conventions; you can review the official guidelines in the AWS Bucket Naming Rules Documentation.  You can review your bucket naming convention from the “Maintain Amazon Simple Storage Service Protocols for Integration Systems” task in your tenant to view all integrations configured with S3 protocols.

2. Ongoing Failures (Without Forward Slashes)

If your bucket name does not contain a forward slash, or if your integration continues to fail even after you have removed the slash, you are experiencing a secondary known issue.

  • Resolution: Our engineering team is preparing an off-cycle patch to resolve this remaining issue.
  • Timeline: We expect this fix to be fully deployed and completed by 5:00 PM PT today.

Next Steps: If you have verified your bucket names do not contain forward slashes and are still experiencing issues after 5:00 PM PT today, please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
