Workday is aware of an issue where Terminated workers are unable to view or print their tax documents through the Benefits and Pay Hub when navigating from the Pay > Tax section.
We determined the cause and a fix for this issue is targeted to be delivered with the following Service Updates:
- Preview – April 18th, 2025
- Production – May 2nd, 2025
