Workday is aware of an issue where candidates receive a ‘Something Went Wrong’ page error when accessing Personal Information settings from their Candidate Home Account. This error specifically affects updates made through Candidate Home Settings and does not impact Change Personal Information tasks initiated via sub business processes.
We will be deploying a fix to Production as part of our Service Update this weekend on April 11th. We apologize for the disruption.
