We have identified the root cause and appreciate your patience while we worked on resolving this. We expect our fix to be in place by Friday July 12th.

For Workday mobile Android users, any search including scan to search isn’t displaying results on these tasks:    
 

  • Ad hoc inventory count
  • Ad Hoc Par count
  • Inventory Count
  • Par Count
  • Pick Inventory
  • Quick Issue

We recommend not downloading the newest version from the Google Play Store. Our internal teams are working on a fix to resolve this issue, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused
