Our internal team is working with priority to have a fix in place with this weekends service update, August 3rd, 2024.  If there are changes to that date, this alert will be updated. Thank you again for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

We have identified the root cause of the issue and are currently working with priority to have a fix in place asap.  We will provide next update when fix is in place, or if there are any changes to our plan.   Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

After additional review, and to add clarification, this issue only affects Operational Journals.  Accounting Journals are not affected by this issue.  We are still working to resolve the issue and will get back to you by Thursday July 25th,  2024/ 01:30 pm America/Los Angeles -07:00 GMT if not sooner.

Please be advised that Workday is aware of an issue where Global Search is no longer returning results for Journal Sequence Numbers related to Accounting Journals.

We are actively investigating this issue and will update this alert as soon as the fix delivery date is confirmed. We apologize for any disruption caused due to this issue.
