WorkaroundIf using Google Chrome, please update to the latest version by following the next steps: Update from within Chrome (Windows & Mac)1. Open Chrome.2. Go to the menu:Click the three dots in the top‑right corner.3. Open the Help menu:Hover over “Help” at the bottom.Click “About Google Chrome”.4. Let Chrome check for updates:A new tab opens showing the version.Chrome will automatically start checking for updates.If an update is available, it will download it automatically.5. Relaunch Chrome:When the update finishes, click “Relaunch”.Chrome will close and reopen with the new version.6. Verify the update:On the same About Google Chrome page, you should see “Chrome is up to date” and the version number.

Workday is aware of an issue where the Tasks List in My Task is not displaying properly on several browsers (Firefox, Edge or Chrome if not using the latest version). This only impacts the My Tasks view and users can still action inbox items.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
