Workday is aware of an issue impacting financial close processes specifically where revaluation and allocation journals are unable to post due to this error:
“A journal line can’t have transaction or ledger amounts that don’t match the decimal precision of the transaction or ledger currency.”
We strongly encourage your teams to immediately review the journal statuses after running revaluation and allocation jobs OR alternatively run the “Find journals” report for specific journal sources in order to determine if you are impacted.
Our team is working on a long term fix but in the meantime if you encounter this error please log a support case with us and we will be able to provide an interim solution that will allow the journals to be Posted. We apologize for any disruption this has caused to your regular business operations.
