UPDATE: The Proxy access feature is confirmed to be available in the Sandbox tenant.

Please be informed that we are encountering an issue in the Sandbox Tenant that the Proxy Access is not working.

No permissions were revoked and the issue only exists in the Sandbox Tenant. We are going to submit a case with Workday,
