WorkaroundThere are two workarounds that can be usedComplete the Expense Report Approve or Review action outside of the My Tasks app – this is accomplished by navigating to the Gear Icon on the right hand window of the task within the My Tasks View -> clicking on View Details -> then completing the task by clicking the Approve or Review Expense report button, orChange from Grid View to List Detail View on the Expense Lines within My Tasks. 
Resolution InformationResolution DateTue, 08/13/2024 – 00:00 America/Los_Angeles (GMT-0700)Performance issue has been resolved post the fix was deployed over the weekend. 

The fix for the performance issue will be delivered directly to Production in the upcoming service update on 9th Aug.


We are aware of the performance issue which is experienced by the end users when attempting to review/approve an Expense Report from within My Tasks. The loading icon of 3 dots is displayed but the page does not load successfully. We are actively working on a fix for this.
