WorkaroundConsider one of the following workarounds: 
1) Submit the Change Emergency Contacts business process in the desktop version of Workday. 
2) Save the event for later in iOs and then re-submit the event without error.

Workday is aware of an issue where a user receives the following error when submitting the Change Emergency Contacts business process in the Workday iOs application, even when a primary phone number or email address is added.  

Primary emergency contacts must have at least one primary phone number or email address. 

We have identified the cause of this issue and will be delivering a fix to all tenants on July 11th by end of day.
