Our remediation action continues to progress successfully and we expect the process to complete by 4:45PM Pacific Time.

We will update this alert again once this completes and we can confirm that we have returned to service, or if the timing of the fix changes.

We are working through the remediation steps and continue to progress towards resolution of service. We estimate services to stabilize by 4:45PM Pacific Time.

In addition to the issue reported today in this customer alert, we are also seeing that users may be unable to login into, or navigate, in Workday in WD1 Production.
