Our internal teams have identified the root cause of this issue and we have a fix ready to be deployed.
The fix will be deployed today, Monday September 30th, 2024, between 7:00pm to 10:00pm PT. And it will involve a temporary service downtime of less than 10min for the following services: Worksheets, Notification Designer, Slides, and Document Layouts for Business Processes. No tenant downtime is needed, nor expected.
We will update this Alert once again when the fix deployment has been completed or on before Monday September 30th, 2024, 10pm PT.

We are currently experiencing an issue where Worksheets with a scheduled live data refresh for either matrix or composite reports are not completing. Our teams are actively investigating the cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
