We are aware of an issue where the Workday application freezes when a user:

  • Clicks Edit on the header while creating an expense report, and then
  • Clicks any other action item, such as a button, tab, or link, on the page before saving the header.

The issue will not occur if the user makes updates when editing the header. It is only observed when no action is taken and then the user navigates to another tab, such as Attachments/Expense Report Line. 

We have identified the root cause and a solution is targeted for delivery with this week’s Service update.
