Workaround	To resolve the issue, please run the Put Job Profile EIB effective any date you are noticing an impact with the expected job profile data.
Resolution Information	Resolution Date Sat, 08/17/2024 – 08:00 America/Los Angeles (GMT-0700)We wanted to confirm that the fix has been delivered and the snapshot created as part of the August 2nd conversion has been corrected. Please be aware that any changes made to a Job Profile through the Edit Job Profile task or Put Job Profile EIB, after August 2nd, will remain intact. We highly appreciate your patience and understanding while our teams have worked on resolving the issue.

UPDATE Wednesday, August 14, 2024 / 1:30pm America/Los Angeles -07:00 GMT

Our development team has completed their testing and a permanent fix will be delivered during the August 16th Service Update.

The fix is designed to automatically remove the snapshot created as part of the conversion process, for all job profiles, and requires no additional manual corrections. This fix will not impact any changes made to Job Profiles after the August 2nd conversion and has no impact to Job Profiles that were unaffected by this issue.

We apologize for the disruption that this has caused and will resolve the alert once the fix has been applied.

Our development team has identified the root cause and are working on a solution to automatically correct all data changed as part of the August 2nd conversion process. We will provide an update on Wednesday August 14th, 12:00 PM PT with the confirmed delivery date of the data fix.

Please note that Workday has become aware of an issue with a conversion that was delivered for Job Profiles on August 2nd, 2024. As part of conversion activities needed to support a new 2024R2 feature to add an effective date to all currently non-effective dated fields on Job Profiles, a conversion was processed to create a snapshot of these non-effective dated fields.
