We would like to inform you that we have introduced a temporary fix into all tenants. Job details should now appear as normal.
How do I know whether I was impacted? While not all customers were affected, those who were would have seen job details missing for all job requisitions they created or edited post Maintenance Window. You can run a report where the field ‘Job Posting Title’ is blank to identify affected requisitions.
What should I do now that the interim fix has been deployed? If you were impacted as detailed above, job requisitions that were newly created post this past weekend’s Maintenance Window that have missing job detail content should be edited and the proper job details should be entered. Job requisitions that were created last week and then edited post Maintenance Window and had the observed behavior prior to the interim fix should now appear correctly as normal. No further action is needed after the final fix is deployed with the August 2nd Service Update.

Workday is aware of an issue in which the Job Details information is missing when editing or creating Job Requisition.
We have identified a permanent fix which will be introduced with the August 2nd weekend Service Update. In the meantime, we are actively working on a temporary fix as we understand the impact of this issue to your business.
