If required, cancel the original BP event, remove the delegation and re-initiate the originating eventAs a BP admin, reassign the awaiting BP step to the same delegate and ask them to approve ( as opposed to approving as the delegate) |

We have noticed BP steps ending in stack trace error or actually producing failed/ canceled status transactions. This can be seen on multiple application areas but is restricted to approvals that are completed by a delegate ( on behalf of the original approver). Normal BP approvals are not impacted and should proceed to complete successfully
