Resolution InformationResolution DateMon, 06/23/2025 – 19:30 America/Los_Angeles (GMT-0700)We’re pleased to inform you that the fix for this issue has been successfully deployed to all customer tenants. You can verify this by completely logging out of your tenant and logging back in, then proceeding to complete a collective agreement event. We will now proceed to resolve this alert. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and thank you for your understanding.

We are aware of an issue currently impacting customers who have configured Collective Agreements as part of a consolidate template in Business Processes such as Hire, Change Job and Employment Agreement.

When a user attempts to select the Collective Agreement section they are receiving the error message: 

You are missing a value for one or more other collective agreement factors required for your current factor value selection. Enter the missing value(s) or change your selection of factor values. Access the collective Agreement to see the valid combinations of factor values defined for this collective agreement.

We are working to identifying the cause of the issue at the highest priority and will keep customers informed with additional information as the investigation progresses. We apologize for any disruption this issue may be causing.
