We are aware of an issue when users are in their Inbox to approve “Change Benefits for Life Event” business process, they see  “This task is not available” and cannot approve the step. 

We have identified the issue and have an ETA to have it resolved in all tenants as part of the January 23rd Service Update next weekend.
