There were reports of users not being able to log-in to Workday and the SA Workday Team submitted a case to Workday.

Workday has responded to the case:

Our internal monitoring alerted us to high task queueing on the UI server associated with your production tenant. I have identified that some of the UI server capacity was in an unhealthy state and responsible for a high task queueing event which may have affected UI-related performance such as logins, page loading, searching, navigation, etc. This incident was not caused by any activity taken from within your tenant by your user base. Our automation replaced this unhealthy server capacity to restore tenant stability.

For transparency, I have engaged our environments team to make sure that unhealthy server is completely disconnected from your tenant. No action is needed from your end but I wanted to let you know in the event you experience a performance hiccup in the next few moments.

We will monitor any developments on the case.
