Workaround1. Once the user selects the Print for their payslips(for mobile users, select Get pdf) please wait a few and retrieve the payslip from 2. their email or the Notification (bell) icon.
2. On Desktop, you can request the users to navigate to My Payslips > Select the payslip > Print > They should get a notification under the bell icon once the payslip is available there to view.

Workday has identified that this behavior occurs on the Desktop browser and the Mobile Application. 

Our team is actively working to resolve this issue and has also identified another workaround in the meantime.

ORIGINAL ALERT MESSAGE: 

Workday has identified an issue on the Workday Mobile App (iOS and Android) where the users are unable to open the Payslip PDF by navigating to Payslips > Get PDF and the Mobile app is going in an infinite loop.

Users impacted by this issue will see the Get PDF option loading. Our team is actively working to resolve this issue and has also identified a workaround in the meantime.
