We wanted to make you aware of an ongoing issue related to downloading Sheet Performance within Adaptive Planning instances. This functionality is located in the Performance Portal that can be found within Modeling > Model Management > Planning Center. This functionality is being disabled for all customers temporarily as running the Sheet Performance download in the Performance Portal is unexpectedly impacting other instance operations. We apologize for any impact to your business while this functionality is being reviewed and corrected.
