We’re currently experiencing some issues impacting tasks associated with Supplier Invoices in Workday. Our team is actively investigating and working on a fix for the following problems:
- Invoice Line Shifting: When using the “Create Supplier Invoice” task and adding new lines in production, the columns may shift to the right, causing misalignment.
- Cost Center/Location Entry Error: Some users are intermittently seeing an error (“No data object found…”) when attempting to enter Cost Centers or Locations on invoice lines, which blocks entry. This is not resolved by clearing your cache.
We apologize for the disruption and are prioritizing a resolution. We will provide our next update at 3:00 PM PT.
