ORIGINAL ALERT MESSAGE:

Workday is aware of a potential issue on parent Business Processes corrections being blocked due to one or more of these events:

  • Change Personal Information
  • Edit Government ID
  • Legal Name Change

This will occur when the following conditions are met:

  • Parent business process has Change Personal Information, Edit Government ID, or Legal Name Change configured as a sub process
  • When the user correcting the parent Business Process does not have Modify permissions on Person Domains that control the blocking event.

Our development teams have completed the fix and it will be delivered to all tenants with the September 26th Service Update. In the meantime, the alert has been updated with the required domain access for each blocking event type in the Workaround section.

We apologize for any disruption this may have caused.
