Workaround1. Click on drill down and select: “View details” instead of “Export to Excel (All Columns)”- Drill Down dialog 2. You see the page with regular “Export to Excel” button on topView Details dialog 3. Export using the button will do the same work like – Export to Excel (All Columns).

We have discovered an issue with the “Export To Excel (All Columns)” functionality within report drill downs. At the moment, clicking this functionality will not produce the expected Microsoft Excel file, nor will produce an error in the UI.

This issue will be resolved in the upcoming service update on July 18th, 2025. In the meantime, please review the workaround section for details on how to bypass this issue.

If you have any questions, please open a support case under the Product: Analytics and Reporting and Sub Product: Core Reporting.
