UPDATE Monday, February 10, 2025 7:31 AM

Workday is deploying a temporary fix for the Chrome issue, set to go live during 14th Feb’2025 update window, while Chrome continues working on a permanent resolution.

The next update on this alert will be shared next week after the temporary fix is released or upon confirmation of Chrome’s permanent solution.

ORIGINAL ALERT

Please note that Workday is aware of an issue where users may experience the following errors when performing various tasks in Workday:

  • “Can’t open this page” on Microsoft Edge
  • “Aw, Snap STATUS_BREAKPOINT”  on Google Chrome

Our initial investigation indicates that this may be related to the latest Chromium update of 133.0.6943.53 (released on February 4th) affecting both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers.

We are reviewing this issue as well and will update this alert once additional information becomes available.
