Workaround | Administrators should follow these steps:Navigate to the user Profile.Locate “Related Actions” (either the three dots button or the “Actions” button on the “View Worker” page).Select “Workday Account.”Choose “Turn off Mobile Applications.”Delete all iOS devices except the latest one. |

Please be advised that Workday is aware of an issue where some iOS users are not receiving push notifications on the Workday mobile app.
This only impacts iOS users with a device that has registered multiple times and occurs once a user re-installs the Workday App from the App store. Please review the workaround provided to resolve this issue.
