Resolution InformationResolution Date Wed, 09/25/2024 – 03:10 America/Los Angeles (GMT-0700)The fix is now deployed to the Production tenants to address the issue. The formatting issue can be corrected by making a small edit within the text block during the Generate document step.

We would like to update you that our development team has completed their investigation and we are in the process of delivering the fix to Production tenants. We will update the alert as soon as the fix has been applied to Production.

We have also been made aware of an issue with locked text blocks no longer having the option of being deleted during the Generate Document process. This issue will also be resolved as part of the fix being applied to Production tenants.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

We have identified the issue and our development teams are testing the solution. We will provide an additional update to the alert by 1:00 PM PDT.

Workday is aware of an issue that may impact the formatting of generated PDF documents where empty lines are being removed from text blocks.

We are actively working to determine the root cause of this issue and will provide updates as soon as they are available.
