Why do I have a $0 payslip in Workday?

NSHE workers who have a PEBP Health Insurance & Health Savings Account will have a payslip with zero dollars dated at the end of the calendar year. This is a regular year-end process because those totals are submitted to NSHE by PEPB and must be loaded into Workday as manual payment adjustments.
