Create Receipt Enhancements
We’re excited to announce that starting January 13 new updates to the Create Receipt task in Workday will be available. The changes aim to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
What’s Changing?
Simplified Supplier Invoice Creation:
- Creating a Supplier Invoice from a receipt will now be available for all receipts.
- Document attachments will be required to ensure Supplier Invoice inclusion.
Automated Notifications:
Once a receipt is completed, you’ll receive a notification with the linked Supplier Invoice number.

These enhancements are designed to streamline workflows, minimize errors and ensure compliance.
