Introducing Workday Assistant!!!
The Workday Assistant, a specialized chatbot developed by Workday, is designed to efficiently aid users in accomplishing routine tasks, providing prompt responses to inquiries, and facilitating seamless navigation within the Workday platform. Its intuitive interface transforms interactions with Workday into effortless conversations, enhancing user experience and productivity.
What to Expect:
Upon signing in to Workday, a small chat icon will be visible in the global header chat icon (upper right corner) of the pages. Simply click on it to initiate a chat window with the Assistant located adjacent to the Quick Tasks section of the Homepage. Workday Assistant is accessible on both desktop and mobile platforms for your convenience.
Click or tap on any of the suggested capabilities or type your request on the search box
The Workday Assistant is also available on the Search field when the Simplified Search is enabled. The Workday Assistant summary provides personalized results for commonly searched queries such as “my team’s hire date” and “my location”.
