Procurement Card Transaction Verification Enhancements

Assigned procurement card delegates can now view and edit procurement card verifications in “Draft” status within the My Procurement Card Transaction Verification report. This enhancement streamlines the verification process and improving overall efficiency.
How to Enable Delegation for Verification
To allow a delegate to view and edit procurement card verifications, update the delegation settings by following these steps:
- Access My Delegations or Manage Delegation Settings.
- Navigate to the Current Delegations tab and add “Verify Procurement Card Transaction” under Start On My Behalf for the designated delegate.
- Submit the Delegation task.
How Delegates Can Verify Transactions
- Accessing the Delegation Dashboard, where the My Procurement Card Transaction Verification report is available.
- Generating the report by entering parameters such as Date Range and Status (e.g., Draft or In Progress).
- Selecting transactions, clicking the Related Actions icon, choosing Actions, and selecting Edit.
