What’s New

New Quick Actions on Workday Home Page

Workday enhanced the functionality and usability of the Workday Home page by replacing the ML-generated Quick Tasks on Home with a new set of buttons at the top of the home page to access different most used tasks in Workday.

It displays up to 10 tasks, reports, and external links at the top by default. 5 buttons display with an overflow icon that will display 5 additional buttons.

Quick Actions will display on both web and mobile platforms.

Save Icon on Task Pages 

Workday now includes a new Save icon directly on task pages. This functionality offers a consistent saving experience, enabling you to quickly save items without leaving your current workflow.

Users can easily access your saved items through the Saved feature in the Global Navigation Menu.

This feature provides a straightforward method to save your most frequently used tasks, significantly improving your findability within Workday.

User Profile Experience 

Workday updated the visual styling and layout of user profile pages on the web. This uplift creates a cleaner and more intuitive presentation of profile information.
